The image carriers

Next to the painting where the artist realizes his unique work, many of other supports were used to print, to reproduce and to diffuse the image of Tetuan.

The postcards

A selection of a large collection of postcards is distributed across the rooms according to their topic. The collection encompasses postcards ranging from the first representations of Tetuan to pictures from the mid-fifties. The collection reflects the important use of postcards as a mean to diffuse actual and everyday information about the city as well as to show its local customs in an artistic way. Most of postcards are intended for a touristic use.To this end, the Leporellos (several post cards bound and accordion-folded) represent an exhaustive repertory of images of the town.
